70s-80s Euro-style old jersey, blue, faded, vintage, with stripes

This is likely a Euro-style old jersey from the 70s or 80s, judging by the details.

The colors are light blue, blue, and white, with blue and white lines on the sides of both arms. There are no pockets.

The neck ribbing is long, and the zipper has a type of marking I haven't seen before (see image 11).

The inner tag at the neck is torn, so the brand and size are unknown (see image 10).

The material is probably polyester.

Condition:
The fabric is the non-stretchy type typical of old jerseys, but it's still sturdy.

There's a faded look overall due to aging. Also, there are some frays on the neck rib (right side) and the back hem rib (see images 12-14).

The tag is torn, so the size is unknown, but it's roughly a men's M. Please refer to the actual measurements.
