Bought for my husband and it didn’t fit him. Dracula Clothing brand vest with a corseted back. Tagged XL, but Dracula Clothing runs small. Flat chest measurement is 19” (approx. 38” circumference). Did not fit an adult male who normally wears XL. Best fit is modern men’s M or slim L. Corset back allows some waist adjustment. Please check measurements for best fit.
