Very beautiful oatmeal cardigan by NY Collection Petite. Women's size XL Petite. New with tags. Lightweight, breathable, open front designed with scrunched ties on both sleeves. One minor snag but mostly noticeable on the inside (pictured). Overall, in great condition.
