This was purchased with the cello wrapper, which was torn and held together with Scotch tape.
We removed the wrap, and opened the package to confirm and verify the contents.
The Eau de Parfum formulation bottle is close to factory full- others we have seen which are advertised as "New" have the same fill level.
They are not filled all the way to the top for safety reasons.
It was test sprayed once, and there are no issues to the fragrance or sprayer.
