Vintage LE Smith Ambirina Glass, Hen on a Nest Dish, Glows From Fiery Reds to Warm Gleaming Oranges to Bright Beaming Yellow Hues.
This Stunning Gradient Red to Golden Yellow Hued Dish is Made with Cadmium Glass Which Makes the Piece Glow Under UV LIGHT. This Dish is the Best Example of this Process I have ever seen. Just Breathtaking!
CONDITIONS:
There is an air bubble in the bottom of the dish which is produced in the manufacturing process. The line in the bottom is also in the manufacturing stage. This is present in a lot of my Westmoreland pieces. I can’t find an explanation for it but you can feel it & know it’s not damaged. Check my pictures for verification of condition.
On the breast there is a scratch. There are no other flaws in the dish & I don’t think it takes away from the beauty of the dish. Check & decide for yourself.
