-A few crystals have come off, it’s barely noticeable & an easy fix at authorized, local and online service repair shops. Another option is to buy the extra crystals on Etsy and adhere them to bag with the proper glue, very easy fix for only a few dollars.
-The lock mechanism of the bag needs to be fixed. The bag pops open by itself. This is due to wearing on the interior metal piece that secures the lock. This is also fixable by a handbag repair shop, the worn portion of the metal can be heated or tightened to have a better grip on the hook (similar to sizing a ring smaller)
