Vintage 60s 70s Wales Brand Japanese Made Cute Orange & Yellow Electric Teapot

“It’s always tea time,” said the Mad Hatter at the famous tea party in Alice in Wonderland. It even looks like it could be used at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party…if he had it in the late 60s to 70s.

This Vintage Electric Teapot is made for getting your water for tea at the appropriate temperature. It just screams 60s 70s with its two-tone colors of Mustard Yellow and Blood Orange. You’ll find it doesn’t have a chip on it, but the inside lid is missing one side of its lock wings. See the last photo. This shouldn’t hamper you at all from getting your water to the right temperature.

I tested this teapot and it took a few moments to bring the temperature up for that perfect cup, and worked nicely. DO NOT PLUG IN WITHOUT WATER.
