Please note I am not 100% positive of the branding of this figure, but from all of the pictures I've seen elsewhere judging by details and the knee pad style on the pants, I believe this to be a Mini Times Toys brand figure. Please take a look at all pictures and judge for yourself whether or not you want to purchase regardless of whether or not it is truly by that particular brand. Condition is as shown. It seems to be in nice condition but I don't have a solid picture reference for this guy to judge by. I'm not sure how that black cord hanging is supposed to attach, and also I do believe that there was a pair of binoculars at the front of the helmet that is broken off. Figure is highly detailed and the scale Merrell boots look amazing.
