This is a Lucian Pellat-Finet cashmere knit. It's not the standard skull pattern; instead, it features rhinestone decorations of musical note symbols on the front left and right sides, and a treble clef rhinestone decoration on the back.
I acquired this as a used item for men, but I think it could also be worn by women. It might even be a women's item.
