This vest follows the design of the Nuptse Jacket, a heritage model that represents THE NORTH FACE in the 1990s, originally developed for expeditions in 1992. The size has been updated to a well-balanced fit for the current trend.
Environmentally friendly recycled down is used for part of the insulation. The outer fabric is made of durable 40-denier ripstop nylon with a water-repellent finish, and the shoulder yoke is switched to a thicker nylon material.
