Great condition, complete puzzle. Finished circle measures 20”. This puzzle is TWO SIDED, the butterflies are the “back” of the puzzle. This side the puzzle (butterfly side) has noticeably more flaws. Some of the edges of some pieces the photo is flipping up some. Also, there is a texture, visual texture, hard to explain, on the butterfly side, I pictured it. I’m not sure if this is a flaw or the nature of how this puzzle was printed. It almost looks like a scrunched border on each piece on the butterfly side, see pictures closely.
The fish side is BEAUTIFUL. This is clearly the top side of the puzzle, with the pieces being more reflective and the finish resembling the top of a puzzle. Thicker smoother picture edge than the back side. No flaws on this side.
The box is in good condition. Some old tape on edge and natural wear along edges and corners.
This puzzle is from the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. It is a vintage puzzle. Fish and Flowering Branch on one side and Butterflies
