They are by sought after American designers, Albert Weiss and are in silvertone (please see the condition report below) and are decorated with prong set chaton cut and pear cut black glass stones, sometimes called "French jet". They're very chic and are perfect for adding a touch of vintage designer sophistication to your wardrobe!
