Antique Ashworth Brothers of Hanley Mikado ironstone 'Well and Tree' design plate, pattern B9178 circa 1880. A lovely collectable, hand-painted piece of Imari style Victorian china that would make a great gift for collectors or lovers of genuine antique oriental themed ceramics. The plate is in good used condition. The makers mark and date stamp on the bottom are very clear, There is some wear to the rim and one small area of discolouration on the bottom plus a few small utensil marks but there are no major chips or cracks and the colours and glaze are still good with no crazing (see photos). Dimensions: 20.5 cm diameter, 2.5 cm deep.
