This is a King George V Silver Jubilee commemorative medal issued by the County of Middlesex in 1935. The medal was commissioned to celebrate the 25th anniversary of King George V's coronation. The reverse side, shown in the image, features the Middlesex County shield and the inscription "COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX PRESENTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL". The obverse (front) side typically displays a conjoined portrait of King George V and Queen Mary. It is an octagonal, white metal souvenir medal.
