A large Tomme ie a hard cheese, cheese mould made from food grade plastic. Dimensions: Across the top 20cm Across the bottom 20cm Tall 15cm This is a good size for people who make cheese at home and are scaling up. Bought from a French cheese making supplier. Brand new, never used. This is commercial grade. I was a cheesemakers so have a fair amount of experience and knowledge about these things! It has drain holes throughout and a follower that fits very snugly, to put on top to allow you to press the cheese. This would hold from 1kg of curd to about 4.5kgs, maybe 5kgs, depending on what you are making. I have three of these, if you are interested. I also have a few books on cheese making listed. too.
