It is a Rare find with limited number of release and observable errors on both package and tag.
The poem says, "Osito the Bear.Across the Waters of the Rio Grande Lies a beautiful and mystical land a place we all should plan to go know by all as Mexico."
She was introduced on April 17, 1999 and her date of birth is Feb 5,1999.
On the back of the package, The town of Oak Brook, IL is spelled "Oakbrook" in one location and Oak Brook (correct spelling) in another.
*There were only 4000 of these items that were misprinted and that makes it a rare find.
