This 1971 Pacific Stoneware PARKER HOUSE JUG by Bennett Welsh is complete with its hilarious stopper. The body of the jug or decanter is a soft creamy gray with a ribbed texture around the body and a raised blue motif that looks much like a coastal port scene with wildlife. The stopper is a humourous head of a man with a jaunty mustache.
Measures approximately:
Jug with stopper in place: 6 3/4" tall
Stopper: 3" tall x 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
Jug: 5" tall x 4" diameter
There are a couple of tiny flaws, but otherwise it's in excellent condition -- see last photo. REVIEW PHOTOS WITH CARE.
