Vintage Y2K Moda International Victoria's Secret size XS turquoise blue strapless boho mini dress! I got this in the early 2000's back when Victoria's Secret sent out clothing catalogs lol. This dress is amazing because it actually stays up and has a grip under the elastic so you don't have to worry about it slipping down. Eyelet ruffle trim at the top. Elastic waist. The waist is a drop waist but looks great belted low or hiked up and belted. Full layered twirlable skirt. Crinkle fabric. This came with instructions.. I'll need to see if I can find them but to dry you twist and knot it in a ball to keep the crinkle texture. I can't seem to find the catalog beach photos for this color but it was their summer beach collection! Really pretty!! I'm keeping another color I have but never got around to wearing this. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
Pit to pit - 10 1/2 inches across. Is elastic. Easily stretches to 15 inches across.
