This is an unused, unworn lanyard exclusive to completing the Fate Grand Order stamp rally at Anime Expo 2018 featuring Medb and Cu Chulainn Alter. Upon completion of the stamp rally, your pick from the lanyard designs was randomized.
Same design is featured on the front and back of the lanyard. Please note that they used a cheap plastic coating in blue on the metal that is peeling as pictured (you may want to remove it).
