It is possible that these are Kosta Boda, but I am not certain. They are very heavy and beautiful, clear glass weighing over 3 LBS together. The style is a drip of icicle look. The Mercury candlesticks are for sale separately on their own listing and NOT included with this listing, just used for product demonstration.
No chips, cracks, or scratches. They measure 4.25" across the top and stand 2.5" tall.
