STORY: The main character, Martin Gibson, is a science fiction writer who is making his first trip to space. His destination is Mars. The flight to Mars gives Martin the opportunity to get to know the crew We also get to learn some about Martin as well The unfolding of his story occurs gradually. He's also developing a gradual friendship with a young crew member, Jimmy Spencer, who has been assigned as his "guide". Gibson comes to realize that he and Jimmy have an unusual connection that only deepens as the story progresses.
CONDITION: Book is in Like New condition, clean and tight, no writing, nice cover. Was part of large private library and if read at all it was very gently handled.
