* The original artwork is printed using an Epson Ecotank professional photo printer with top-quality dye-sublimation ink on sublimation paper. The image is then cut to size and professionally heat-pressed onto the prepared medium-density fiberboard (MDF) bar shapes. The image is sublimated on the front with a coordinating solid color on the back.
" The dye-sublimation process transfers the dye into the substrate rather than depositing it on the surface, resulting in a more permanent image. In addition, because the dye-sublimation process uses heat to vaporize the ink, dye-sublimation ink produces higher-resolution prints than any inkjet."
