This is a beautiful vintage 80s status print shift dress by Cynthia Howie Petites size 4. Fabric is 100% rayon and dress is fully-lined in 100% acetate. Dress has inner tags, union made ILGWU tag and care tag stating “made in USA“. Dress slips on over-the-head and has back-zip closure with hook-and-dye at top of zipper. Most beautiful fabric patterned with pearls, starfish and tropical fish. Approximate measurements are 36 inches at bust, 30 inches at waist, 38 inches at hips, 35 inches in length, 16 inches shoulder-to-shoulder. Item is in overall good condition. The only defect I can see is a tiny bit of color bleed at top right front collar area which does not draw the eye due to colorful print of fabric (last photo). Item sold as-is and final sale for this reason.
