This TARDIS dress is softer on the outside. That's because it's made of soft, stretchy velvet! The deep blue dress from Doctor Who features an allover galaxy print with an image of the TARDIS at the bottom of the skirt. A contrasting black Peter Pan collar and black mesh Swiss dot yoke detail the fitted bodice and the elastic waistline leads to a flirty skater skirt. Back keyhole neck detail.
