Flowy long sleeved belted maxi dress from the 1970s by Checkaberry. Size and material tag were cut out. See measurements below. Very good to excellent vintage condition.
Greyish green color with white stripes. (Looks grey until you are very close and can see that it’s a muted green.) Purple and pink floral pattern at the hem and collar. Floral fabric covered buttons. Balloon sleeves that end with a ruffle. Still has original sash belt. Elastic waist.
Only flaws are two pulls in the fabric and one small stain on a sleeve as pictured. Stain isn’t very noticeable while wearing - I didn’t see it until I laid the dress flat.

Pit to Pit: 21”
Waist: 15.5” (elastic waist when not stretched)
Hip: 23.5”
Length: 45”
Sleeve: 29.5”
Shoulder to Shoulder: 17.5”
Waist to Hem: 26”
Shoulder to Hem: 42”
I believe this is closest to a modern size 10 or large based on the waist measurement.
