this is one of those favorite things one has in their closet that they've never gotten around to wearing so here we are... a dear friend of mine got this for me when we attended the annual Edwardian Ball in SF 4 or 5 yrs ago, there were a few owner operated boutique shops set up that were full of lots of unique one of a kind relics & apparels. I was totally in love with the idea of being able to toss a hood onto any outfit I wore, including a mini dress. The hood itself is a huge generously sized 3 panel hood and the sleeves have 3 snap button at wrists, this is OSFA and unisex, the material content is cotton
