This is a gorgeous 1960s vintage rockabilly dress. It's a blue/green floral pattern with a slit pleated neckline. The skirt is lined, although there is some small damage to the lining. This dress has no tags except the union label which dates it to the early 1960s. It's got a silky feel with no stretch to the material. It has an underarm side zipper. There is no size label so here are the measurements for you:
Bust: 18" seam-to-seam. Waist 16" seam to seam. Length: 42" back neck to hem.
