Master Splinter Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle 1988 Playmates figure for sale. New in original packaging. Still has the original price tag from Target for $3.99. Packaging has wear from age, handling, storage. I think it's unpunched but I don't want to test it. The cardboard backer board is bent. There is a small opening between the clamshell and the backer, it appears a bug went inside and laid a few eggs on the strip of tape in there. What remains are small husks, likely decades old by now.
