■ Starring Shinman Onishi × Co-starring Sena Natsuki. The protagonist, George Kawai, who attempts to write a film adaptation of the novel "Chijin no Ai," is played by Shinman Onishi, who continues to make his presence known in films like "Akame 48 Waterfalls Suicide Attempt" and "Caterpillar."

And the heroine Naomi, George's "woman of destiny," is played by Sena Natsuki, who possesses a rare beauty, and delivers a passionate performance, including nude scenes, that can be declared as "Actress Sena Natsuki's" representative work.

■ The supporting cast includes Shiori Doi, who gained attention for her role as a woman in men's clothing in the NHK serial TV novel "Toran ni Tsubasa," veteran Yasuhiro Murata, who boasts a diverse acting career in Nobuhiko Obayashi's works and the Godzilla series, and Yota Kawase, an indispensable supporting actor in Japanese cinema, as well as Mutsuo Yoshioka, Hiroko Nakajima, and Miyoko Yoshimoto, among others.

● Story
George Kawai (Shinman Onishi), a man aspiring to be a screenwriter, once won a scenario contest but has yet to make his professional debut. One day, at a run-down bar he enters with other young people attending the same scenario course, George meets a beautiful woman named Naomi (Sena Natsuki). She tells him she works at the bar while aiming to be an actress. George, mistakenly thought to be a "scenario course instructor," smiles wryly and reveals his situation.

Soon after, George is invited by the scenario course instructor, Tsubaki (Yasuhiro Murata), to "try writing a film script in my place." The original work is Junichiro Tanizaki's "Chijin no Ai"... George accepts the request without hesitation and begins writing the script, determined to succeed this time. Struggling with the scriptwriting, George reunites with Naomi, and their relationship rapidly deepens. However, that was the beginning of a sweet, bitter, and maddening time, torn between Naomi and his writing...
