The left shoe's bow rhinestone, as shown in the picture, has one rhinestone in a weird placement. this isn't an issue, just thought to mention.
The reviews for the shoe are described by some reviewers as running one size larger. Personally, I got my regular size 7, my foot width is 4 inches, and they seemed to fit fine.
On the website, it says it runs true to size. The design of the shoe, though, naturally has the toes sort of revealed, so that might be the reason why some think it runs big. Nevertheless, socks or tights can be worn cover this.
When shipped, it will come with box.
