This is a custom painted Funko pop. His hair is panted with a no color charging paint. When exposed to heat , sunlight or even body heat, Dabi’s hair chnages color. The more heat the bright white it gets his entire outfit is metallic while his flames are painted with a homemade glow-in-the-dark blue paint as well as his eyes .
