Men SEIKO Sportmatic vintage 1968 mechanical Set & Autowind 17jewel Radiant Dial

This is a beautiful example of a 60's Sportmatic Seiko Automatic wristwatch. This timepiece has a gold finished case of the cushion type and measures 35/36mm across, a larger size for a mens watch of the time. The dial is a radiant sunburst dark gunmetal gray with all raised gold markers and hands as well as a bordered window at the 3. In the light it really makes the dial pop with radiance. The movement is Seiko's 7625E, a movement that is a quality workhorse from Seiko. It is 17 jewel with the Autowind feature and is very durable with no non-metal parts. It has been recently serviced and keeps decent time for a watch of the period. The straps are padded brown calves leather and fits up to a 7 3/4" wrist. This Seiko makes a great edition to any collection as well as a daily wearer.
