This is an early L.G.B hyper knit long cardigan. I think it's a rare item that you don't see very often. It's a zip-up with distinctive red thread on the sleeves and a slim silhouette.
There are also thumbholes at the cuffs.

It's a women's size 0, but because it's a knit material and very stretchy, I, who usually wear men's size 0 or 1, could wear it without any problems.
