For sale is a Sony Zeiss 55mm f1.8 lens. This is a used lens in fair condition and includes a generic front and rear lens cap. Because of its condition and something I've bought from a bundle, I'm going to list it as for "parts". I didn't fully test it but read below.
The glass appears to be in good condition. I do not see any visible scratches on the glass itself. Some dust may be present.
I have tested the lens across three photography sessions and it appears it functioned during use. Autofocus and general operation worked as expected during my testing. However the lens does feel slightly loose internally when handled. I am not certain of the cause, but it may be related to internal components not being fully tightened. This did not affect performance during my testing. But mentioning it as something you can notice from time to time.
Again, this lens was purchased as part of a used camera bundle and wasn't something I needed. The lens is being sold as-is.
