Vintage 1993 Mattel Barbie High Stepper Palomino Walking Horse BROKE No Movement. While the horse and the accessories are in good, pre-owned condition. The horse does NOT work. The battery compartment looks clean, but when you put in fresh batteries, it will NOT walk. Can use the accessories on a horse that does work or just play with it as it. It is a shame because the mane is in very nice condition as shown. Sold as is. Smoke-free.
