This is a an adorable vintage eyelet dress with long sleeves and a Peter Pan collar. The sleeves look like they are slightly puffy. The body of the dress is pleated and there are loops in back for a sash if so desired. (I think it looks nice without a sash and it doesn't come with a sash). It's unlined so it needs a slip. No tags so I'm listing it as 4 but go by measurements. Shoulder to hem: 21 inches. Shoulder to shoulder: 10 inches. Shoulder to cuff: 15 inches.
This would make a lovely dress for a variety of themed photo shoots and historical eras. It's a little girl's version of cottagecore!
