This little tie tack is in the shape of a pair of vintage sewing scissors in the shape of a stork. It is small but nicely detailed in shiny gold-tone. It comes with a locking clutch to secure it to a tie, lapel or scarf. The scissors aren’t marked but the clutch is marked Made in U.S.A. I believe this is from the 1980’s.
The scissors measure almost 1” long by ” at the widest and is in nice condition
